Gotta Dance Atlanta is seeking an experienced full-time Dance Studio Manager. GDA is an adult dance and fitness studio located in Mid-town Atlanta.

•Must have at least five years of management experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in management, business or related field.
•Computer skills needed: Word, Excel, Illustrator, Photoshop, and excellent Internet research skills.
•Must have experience in sales and customer service
•Knowledge of the dance industry
•Must be extremely organized and responsible, and must have an attention for detail
•Must lead by example and maintain the highest level of integrity at all times
•Oversee day-to-day studio operations
•Customer service and public relations skills
•Studio schedule management
•Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
•Must be creative
•Hire and supervise staff, instructors and work study
•Flexibility with work hours to meet needs of the studio.
•Establish curriculum for Workshops and Classes
•Oversee studio payroll
•Manage studio rentals
•Facility management
•Plan, execute and analyze online marketing campaigns
•Develop marketing strategies
•Book keeping skills include handling invoices, expense reports, incoming checks and contracts.
•Commitment, enthusiasm, and initiative are essential.
•Plan and organize workshops, master classes, special events and classes.
•Demonstrate multi-tasking ability in a fast-paced environment
