Come on down and audition for our 2009-2010 Hip Hop Dance Competition Team!!!

When you become a member of Danz-N-Motion's Hip Hop dance crew competition team, students will experience a new and exciting level of dance, performing, and the thrill of competition. Through hard work and dedication these dancers will learn teamwork, camaraderie, and the ability to take criticism and use it to improve as performers. They will experience being adjudicated by top professionals in the dance industry, receiving feedback on their performances, and they will have opportunities to travel and perform at Regional Competition's & Convention Events. Our new Competition Team is about growing and improving as dancers and gaining respect for others in our art form. Competitions are not about winning a trophy, or being the best, but about doing your own personal best and using the feedback received to build and improve your skills.

2009 - 2010 Competition Team Auditions
Auditions will take place at:

Water’s landing Community Center
20000 Father Hurley Boulevard
Germantown, MD 20874

Audition Date: Thursday, August 13, 2009
Time: 6:00pm – 7:00pm Ages (9-13)
Time: 7:10pm - 8:10pm Ages (14-18)

Audition Rules and Requirements:

All dancers must have 2 years of experience in Hip Hop and other forms of dance prior. Please come warmed up and ready to dance. Free styling a must!
Appropriate attire is required, NO SHORTS allowed. Come dressed to impress.
**Students will receive a letter by mail 2 weeks after regarding if they made the team or not.
