Starting A Dance Crew in San Diego

I'm looking to start a dance crew. I am not set on any style of dance since I myself do hip hop, jazz, modern, and ballet. Having a good range of dance styles can be a plus and a negative but I'm hoping to make it a plus.
Dancers need to be prepared to learn other styles incorporated into routines. All styles, of course, are welcome. If you do have a style of dance please be willing to teach others.
